Embedded Technical Assistance

Embedded Technical Assistance provides a blended approach to supporting educators and aligns to State regulations. Through trainings and mentorship, this option blends both services to provide a holistic approach dedicated to improving student outcomes. This option takes schools and districts from the explorations state to the full implementation phase.

• ​Development and tracking of growth plan

• Weekly meetings dedicated to support teaching staff

• Monthly meetings with supervisor to monitor progress 

• Structure and protocols related to data based decision making that occurs during 

  • Grade-level team

  • Building leadership teams

  • District leadership teams

• Vertical alignment
